Scope
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit gridcanvas.digital or submit an inquiry about family financial goal planning services. We comply with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and process data fairly and transparently.
Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, and message text you submit voluntarily.
- Consent preference: a value stored in your browser’s local storage when you accept or reject the cookie notice (see our Cookie notice).
- Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical connection data; we do not use those logs for profiling.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after we close the conversation unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Consent choices remain on your device until you clear site data.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Form submissions are processed by our same-domain handler (POST /api/inquiry) and accessed only by staff who need to reply. We may disclose data if required by Thai law or competent authorities.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If we use cross-border hosting, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
Your rights

Security
We use TLS for site delivery and restrict access to inquiry data. No method is perfectly secure; please avoid sending account passwords through the form.
