Refund policy

The timeframes below are proposed, pending business confirmation.

Applicability

This policy covers fees you pay for individual financial planning consultations and scheduled plan review sessions arranged through GridCanvas Family Finance. It does not cover third-party products you may purchase elsewhere.

Cancellation by you

• More than 72 hours before the confirmed session start: full refund of prepaid fees.
• 24–72 hours before: refund of fifty percent of the prepaid fee, or one rescheduled session within sixty days at no extra charge (your choice).
• Less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund; we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling. We will notify you by email or phone as soon as practicable.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is available when you notify us at least forty-eight hours in advance. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee quoted at booking.

Deposits

If a deposit is required to hold calendar time, it is applied to your session fee. Deposits follow the same cancellation windows above.

Work already delivered

If a written plan draft or documented deliverable has been sent before you cancel, fees for completed work are non-refundable; any unused prepaid balance for future reviews may be refunded proportionally.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add several days.

How to request a refund

Email info@gridcanvas.digital with your name, session date, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility in writing.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law where they apply.
